Hermann Cloutier delivered his first Habitec 2000 house from his factory in Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce in 1972. This town is easily accessible by Highway 73 and is located in the heart of a region well known for its industrial dynamic vitality.

Habitec 2000 started as a pioneer in the field of factory-built homes and it has taken great pains to keep up its good reputation.  Hermann Cloutier and his collaborators did all that it took to offer quality homes at very competitive prices.  Now managed by the son of the founder, Mr. Mario Cloutier, he keeps his sights for Habitec 2000 on the same goal.
